• Photo sharing and uploads
• Notifications and updates

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and appropriate content
• Use the App in a lawful manner
• Respect other users and their content
• Not upload harmful, offensive, or illegal material

You are solely responsible for any content you upload or share.

4. User-Generated Content

The App allows users to upload images, messages, and event data.

By submitting content, you:

• Grant Michael Nicolaro and FinnsMedia a limited license to store and display such content for app functionality
• Confirm you have the right to share that content

Michael Nicolaro and FinnsMedia do not guarantee monitoring of user content and are not responsible for user submissions.

5. Data Storage and Retention

• Images and data may be stored temporarily using third-party services, such as cloud storage providers
• Content may be automatically deleted after a defined period, such as 7 days
• Users are responsible for retaining their own copies of important data

Michael Nicolaro and FinnsMedia are not responsible for lost, deleted, or inaccessible data.

Michael Nicolaro and FinnsMedia:
