By using the Perfect Wedding Day application (“App”), you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Michael Nicolaro and FinnsMedia, its owner(s), affiliates, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the App
• Your participation in any event organized through the App
• Content you upload or share
• Interactions with other users

2. Event-Related Disclaimer

Perfect Wedding Day is a coordination tool only.

Michael Nicolaro and FinnsMedia are not responsible for:

• Event logistics or scheduling errors
• Venue issues or changes
• Transportation delays or failures
• Guest behavior or disputes
• Any real-world incidents related to events

All event participation is at your own risk.

3. User Content and Communication

You acknowledge that:

• Content is user-generated and may not be verified
• Messages and shared information may be inaccurate or incomplete

Michael Nicolaro and FinnsMedia are not liable for:

• Miscommunication between users
• Incorrect or outdated event details

4. Data and Technology Risks

You agree that Michael Nicolaro and FinnsMedia are not responsible for:

• Data loss or deletion (including temporary storage limits)
• App outages or downtime
• Device compatibility issues
• Network or service interruptions

5. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services (e.g., cloud storage, messaging, notifications).

Michael Nicolaro and FinnsMedia are not responsible for:

• Failures or outages of these services
• Data handling practices of third parties

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Michael Nicolaro and FinnsMedia shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury

• Financial loss
• Emotional distress

arising from use of the App.

7. Maximum Liability Cap

If liability is imposed, it shall be limited to the amount paid (if any) by the user to access the App.

By using the App, you acknowledge that:
