1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Photo Sheet application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Photo Sheet provides tools for creating, managing, organizing, labeling, exporting, printing, and sharing photo sheets, including but not limited to:

• Photo selection and organization
• Photo captions and labels
• Photo sheet layouts
• Markup tools such as arrows, circles, squares, and highlighting
• PDF export and printing
• Email sharing
• Optional image metadata display

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and appropriate content
• Use the App in a lawful manner
• Respect other users and their content
• Not upload harmful, offensive, or illegal material

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, create, export, print, or share.

4. User-Generated Content

The App allows users to upload, organize, caption, mark up, export, print, and share images and related data.

By submitting content, you:

• Grant Michael Nicolaro and FinnsMedia a limited license to store and display such content for app functionality
• Confirm you have the right to use and share that content

Michael Nicolaro and FinnsMedia do not guarantee monitoring of user content and are not responsible for user submissions.

5. Data Storage and Retention

• Images, photo sheets, and related data may be stored temporarily using third-party services, such as cloud storage providers
• Content may be automatically deleted after a defined period, such as 7 days
• Users are responsible for retaining their own copies of important data

Michael Nicolaro and FinnsMedia are not responsible for lost, deleted, or inaccessible data.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services, such as cloud storage, email, printing, notifications, or platform services.

Michael Nicolaro and FinnsMedia:

• Do not control these services
• Are not responsible for their availability, performance, or data handling

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Reliability
• Availability
• Accuracy
• Fitness for a particular purpose

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Michael Nicolaro and FinnsMedia shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of images, data, content, or access
• Printing, formatting, sharing, or export errors

If liability is found, it shall not exceed the amount paid by the user, if any, for use of the App.

9. Modifications

Michael Nicolaro and FinnsMedia reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
